IEQDP The Interventionist Emotional Intelligence Development Program is a remedial coaching program that consists of up to 3 sessions (4.5 hours). The program is designed as a direct support for the HR function. It offers resolutions for specific issues that arise in the workplace. Issues such as anger, anxiety, stress grief etc.

ILDP The Invisible Leadership Development is a 15 week high intensity program designed exclusively for candidates designated by their company as leaders or future leaders within the company.

The four core components of the ILDP are :-

1. Measurement of the candidate current standing with respect to
leadership attributes.
2. Coaching that is customised to each candidates needs as measured in (1).
3. Development of clear and concise outcomes for leadership.
4. Integration of these outcomes into behaviours.

OEDP The Outcome/Executive development program is an 20 week very flexible program designed to fit the needs of senior to middle management. The program starts with clearly defined outcomes that may occur for the candidates in any area.

From the issues of consistent high performance in their job, through to any personal issues that may impact their performance at work.

There a four components to the OEDP;

1. Creating a candidate profile through the use of a diagnostic tool.
2. Co creating a candidate outcome
3. Removing time wasting behaviours and or thought patterns.
4. Adding resources that will assist in moving the candidate towards their intended outcome.
